Built in 1180 by Hugh de Lacy, Kilkea Castle has been home to some legendary figures, among them Silken Thomas and Gerald Fitzgerald. It is the oldest inhabited castle in Ireland. The skillful renovations have only added to the splendor and comfort.

Our magnificent gardens and surroundings of our Baronial Suite provide a unique setting for your most special day. We have a range of beautiful rooms of different sizes and can cater for 20-200 guests. Our range and variety of cuisine is vast and we would be delighted to tailor a menu to your specific requirements.
