Tricia Doyle specialises in providing catering for small, exclusive weddings, ideally 60 to 150 guests. Tricia understands that your wedding is one of the most important days of your life and she strives to make it a most memorable one for you and your guests.
First, Tricia works with you to design a menu to suit your taste and requirements, depending on
whether you would like canapés, buffet or a sit-down dinner. Following that, a site visit is necessary, to go over the layout, check the facilities and possibly meet with the venue manager.
Tricia Doyle Catering Services was founded in 1987 by Tricia Doyle, a graduate of the Tante Marie School of Cookery in London, with further training in Switzerland and in a 3* Michelin restaurant in France. With twenty years experience in quality food, she prides herself in specialising in the finest freshest ingredients and exceptional flavours. Her menus are created with each season in mind, so she can use the freshest, most flavoursome local ingredients wherever possible.
